$4.8M SALE BREAKS UPPPER SADDLE RIVER RECORD, SURPASSES PRIOR $4.75M HIGH
A newly constructed luxury estate in Bergen County sold for $4.8 million this week, setting a new record for the highest residential sale in the borough.
The Wednesday, Feb. 11 sale of 12 Echo Ridge Road surpassed the previous borough record of $4.75 million, which was set by a home on Barry Lane in September 2024, according to MLS information.
In a joint statement, listing agents Taylor Lucyk and Jaimee Rizzo said the milestone was intentional.
“Setting a new record in Upper Saddle River wasn’t accidental, it was the result of precise market analysis, strategic positioning, and flawless execution,” the agents said.
“It was also driven by the undeniable demand for living in Upper Saddle River and the strength of its close-knit, highly sought-after community. Our team invested heavily in staging and presentation to ensure the home was showcased at its absolute highest level. We tapped into our exclusive client list to directly source the right buyer.”
